SKETCH JOURNAL: SEMESTER 1

The sketch journal is our main assignment throughout the semester. As stated in our syllabus, we explored the elements that make up the natural and built environment. We also researched about landscaping, building structures, building services and different types of infrastructures.

This assignment encourages us to be observant. The sketching exercises improve our sketching techniques and also teach us to be detail-oriented. More importantly, it teaches us to be able to meet deadlines. To be honest, my sketching skills has stretched far beyond my expectations. I am very glad that I have improved in terms of sketching and even detailing.
